A great place for lunch! We had a group of 7 and our waiter Ethan was so helpful and patient with our group! The food was great. Everyone tried something different. The food arrived timely and Ethan got all of the orders correct He kept our water glasses full and the food was great!
Our last visit here was a negative experience. TODAY WAS GREAT. Kayla provided excellent service ensuring we were taken care of despite her being busy taking care of half the restaurant. Today will definitely ensure Back 40 rises towards the top of our "Where do you want to eat?" list. Thanks Kayla, for making our Saturday afternoon an awesome one.
Nice little restaurant .They serve Tex mex food along with typical American food such as wings and burgers.Service is good and and the food is great.The chicken wings are huge and they have great onion rings.
Went to back 40 for dinner with my wife. We order chips and salsa and corn nuggets. Corn nuggets were delicious . Ordered a bacon cheese burger and three tacos on corn tortillas. Burger was perfect but the tacos came on flour tortillas . Sent it back and they were going to remake them but I just split the burger with my wife. Food we did have was fresh and the manager , Cab, came over over to apologize and made it right by us. I have to say the atmosphere reminds of a neighborhood spot but they have many different beers on tap , and the food we did eat was delicious . I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this spot!
Wow what a pleasant surprise! From the moment we walked in we were presented with a fresh clean lively fun inviting atmosphere! Fun background music playing but not too loud just right. Well laid out with tables or booth or countertop whatever your seating preference they had you covered. We were promptly greeted and seated and our waitress came over and boy was Denise a lot of fun! She's got old school customer service waitress written all over her. The menu is pretty expansive with a wide variety of items some that don't necessarily fit into a particular genre. I had the three tacos mix and match, brisket, shrimp and mojo pork! I got to say it was absolutely amazing! I can't wait to try some of the other items cuz I'm sure they'll be just as good but I will say that brisket was off the chain! My wife on the other hand had a veggie crunchwrap, which looked amazing when it showed up at the table. She said it was so good that they ought to rename the menu item after her! Everything was hot and fresh and spot on! We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. Denise kept everything going did a great job. She helped us navigate through the menu and answer some questions we had about some of the food items and took great care of us through the course of our meal.
This place serves comfort food at its finest. The staff make the place feel warm with a fun energy. Definitely going back after trying the brisket bbq quesadilla. Edit - I bumped the rating up to 5 stars. I don't give many 5 star ratings but I just had the best tacos I ever tasted, Smash tacos. This place has food as good as many expensive upscale places and the staff and customers are always so laid back. This is my new favorite place.
Good food and friendly people. Great selection of food. Casual dining. Give it a try! They offer weekly specials. Inside and outside sitting. Plenty of booth's to choose. Never had anything I didn't like. The Angus Burger is cooked the way you want it. So hard to get real meat these day's. It's delicious! The taco's are great, but the Shrimp Taco with the spicy sauce is my favorite. If you're really hungry try the Drunken Wet Burrito. Yummy!
Beer and Taco specials during Happy Hour from 3pm to 6pm. Menu has a few unique offerings, such as Drunken Wet Burrito, Southwest Stuffed Avocados, and Thai Chicken and Peanut Salad, to name a few. Good beer selections and features many local breweries. Chloe was an amazing server ! Very attentive and engaging, what a nice young woman!
Always a great spot to grab a bite to eat. They have a great beer selection as well. Service was amazing tonight as well as our tacos. Definitely give a try there’s something for everyone.
I’m so thankful I found this place! Fresh food and incredible staff! Our server was amazing and my salad was so delicious, that I forgot to get a picture of it before eating! I highly recommend
